OT Home Health

Overview

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Medford, Oregon
Employment type: Travel/Contract

Shift: 8-hour days
Schedule notes: 5x8 schedule; facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
Experience in a Home Health setting

Work Expectations

May visit up to 6 patients per day
Standard productivity is 30 points
Occasional travel radius may exceed 50 miles
No weekend requirement
No on-call requirement
No floating between like units
Block scheduling is not available
First-time travelers are not accepted

Additional Notes

Local candidates are accepted within a 50–75 mile radius
RTO restrictions should be confirmed with the hiring manager
Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period
Charting uses Oasis
Free parking is available
Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standard
