Ambulatory Care RN

Job Overview

Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8s, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Unit type: Women’s Health Center Ambulatory
Contract length: 13 weeks
Orientation options: August 31 or September 14
Work restrictions: No weekends, no holidays
Travel radius: 60-mile traveler radius

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in District of Columbia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ambulatory Care (2 years of experience)
Ambulatory Care experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS

Additional Notes

References must include two positive supervisory references, with one from the most recent assignment, and should support at least two years of experience in the previous three years.
Candidates must complete 7 years of work history with no gaps.
A valid driver’s license is required if driving is an essential function of the job.
Background check, drug screen, skills checklist, and required health documentation must be completed before start.
