Ambulatory Care RN
Job Overview
- Location: Washington, District of Columbia
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Day shift, 5x8s, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Unit type: Women’s Health Center Ambulatory
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Orientation options: August 31 or September 14
- Work restrictions: No weekends, no holidays
- Travel radius: 60-mile traveler radius
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in District of Columbia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Ambulatory Care (2 years of experience)
- Ambulatory Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
Additional Notes
- References must include two positive supervisory references, with one from the most recent assignment, and should support at least two years of experience in the previous three years.
- Candidates must complete 7 years of work history with no gaps.
- A valid driver’s license is required if driving is an essential function of the job.
- Background check, drug screen, skills checklist, and required health documentation must be completed before start.
