Physical Therapist, Home Health
Location
- Battle Creek, Michigan
- Coverage area: Van Buren, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo counties
Assignment Details
- Travel/contract role
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Weekend rotation every 4–6 weeks
- No call
- No float
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Role Summary
- Evaluate and provide physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone conditions
- Develop treatment plans, document care and progress, and support patient education and interdisciplinary care
- May cross-train and provide coverage in other rehabilitation departments as needed
