Physical Therapist, Home Health

Location

Battle Creek, Michigan
Coverage area: Van Buren, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo counties

Assignment Details

Travel/contract role
13-week contract
Day shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
Weekend rotation every 4–6 weeks
No call
No float

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License

Role Summary

Evaluate and provide physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone conditions
Develop treatment plans, document care and progress, and support patient education and interdisciplinary care
May cross-train and provide coverage in other rehabilitation departments as needed
