Valid RN license in Illinois
Med Surg (4 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience working with Geriatric patients
Stepdown experience

Clinical Setting

Telemetry-focused med surg role
Adult and geriatric patient population
Trauma Level II
RN-to-patient ratio: 1:6 or 7
Night shift ratio: 1:5-7

Additional Details

Support from CNAs
Certified monitor techs monitor remote telemetry
Free parking
Pewter grey scrubs required and must be provided by the traveler
