Respiratory Therapy Services
Job Overview
- Contract role
- 12-week assignment
- 12-hour night shift
- 36 hours per week
- Floating required throughout the facility, including the ER
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Wisconsin
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2 years of experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- Experience with critical/ICU patients
- ABG draws
- Weaning and extubating patients
Preferred Experience
- Placing art lines
- Intubation
- NICU experience
- Experience in c-sections
- Experience assisting with deliveries
Patient Population
- Neonate to geriatric patients
- Inpatient, ED, and ICU/critical patients
- Deliveries and open hearts
Orientation
- NEO
- 1–2 shifts in the department, based on comfort level
