Electrophysiology Tech

Job Overview

  • Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
  • Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Locals accepted: Yes
  • Pending license accepted: Yes
  • Weekend requirement: Every 5th weekend
  • On-call: Short call once per week
  • Block schedule: May be accommodated
  • RTO guidance: Ideally no more than 5 days

Required Qualifications

  • Electrophysiology Technician with 2 years of experience
  • Electrophysiology Technician experience within the last year
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Role Details

  • EP tech using primarily Affera PFA systems and Biosense Webster RFA
  • May float within scope to meet facility needs

Additional Notes

  • Scrubs are provided by the unit
  • Parking is available at a flat hourly rate
  • Background check, fingerprinting, and health documentation are required before start
