SLP Acute Care Hospital

Overview

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CCC-SLP

Preferred Qualifications

FEES experience preferred
Experience performing MBSs

Additional Notes

Time off requests may be accommodated
Meditech charting is used
No major traumas are treated onsite; higher-acuity trauma cases are transferred out
Common patient populations include strokes, geriatrics, and general weakness
