OB/GYN RN Travel/Contract Job

Overview

  • Location: Richland, Washington
  • Setting: Clinic
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Start: ASAP
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Guaranteed hours: 40

Role Summary

  • Registered Nurse role supporting obstetric and gynecological care in an outpatient clinic.
  • Responsibilities include triaging obstetric emergencies by phone, responding to inquiries through the charting system and voicemail, and handling other clinic duties related to maternity and women’s health.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Washington
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • OB/GYN experience within the last year
  • 2 years of OB/GYN experience
  • Knowledge of obstetric emergencies including placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, gestational hypertension, and preeclampsia
  • Phone triage experience for obstetric/gynecological inquiries
  • Experience with Epic
