PT Home Health

Job Overview

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Franklinton, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours
Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Home health with home visits; may also visit patients in care facilities
Patient Volume: About 5–6 patients per day
Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
Territory: Up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Local Candidates: Accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License

Schedule Notes

Weekend coverage varies by location and profession
Some assignments may include a Saturday rotation for start-of-care visits
Standard schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 5x8s

No guaranteed hours
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
