Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS or ENPC
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Must be more than 50 miles from the facility
- Current driver’s license and permanent home address must be included on the submission, and the address must match the ID
