RN - Home Health

Overview

May be asked to help in other territories within the facility’s service area, within about a 60-mile radius of the facility address

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting

Role Expectations

RNs are required to complete a minimum of 30 points
Overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from the Administrator
2-week cancellation notice
