- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License

- Cerner experience is preferred, not required
- Traveler may be requested to float to another facility in New Hampshire
