Med Tech (MT) — Evenings

Location

Sioux City, Iowa

Contract

13 weeks

Schedule

Evenings, 10 hours per day

Required Qualifications

Medical Technologist (2 years of experience)
Medical Technologist experience within the last year
MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or MLT(ASCP)
Driver's License
Blood bank experience

Submission Requirements

Work history/resume
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
License verification
Copy of required certifications
1 supervisory reference at time of submission

Assignment Details

May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
16-hour NBO
Required to work 1–2 of the following summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
Orientation schedule listed for 8/31 and 9/14

Additional Notes

Local candidates may be accepted in Madison with a 10% rate reduction
Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility, unless local policy exception applies
