OT Home Health

Assignment Overview

Travel/contract occupational therapy role in home health
Location: Somersworth, New Hampshire
Day shift, 5x8 schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks

Work Setting

Home visits with periodic office meetings
Average patient volume: 5–6 per day
Territory includes Somersworth/Dover
Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License
