OR Labor and Delivery Certified Surgical Technologist

Job overview

  • Location: Boston, Massachusetts
  • Schedule: 3x12 rotating day/night shifts, every other weekend
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Employment type: LTA

Required qualifications

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification from NBSTSA or NCCT
  • 1 year of Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
  • OB (obstetric) experience
  • Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
  • 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission

Onboarding requirements

  • Color headshot photo taken within the past 6 months
  • N95 fit test completed within 365 days of start date and updated annually
  • Respirator Medical Clearance attestation
  • MMR documentation or proof of immunity
  • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
  • Physician statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA within 365 days of start date
  • Criminal background check
  • Massachusetts CORI check
  • Education verification
  • SSN trace
  • National sex offender check
  • Exclusion checks
  • Confirmation of assignment/POI form
  • Beeline attestation

Optional

  • Chest X-ray documentation if there is a positive TB test or TB titer
