Required Qualifications

Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2 years of experience
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
NMTCB

Required Experience

Nuclear Medicine procedure experience in:
- Bone scan
- Brain scan
- Lung scan
- Renal flow
- Thyroid studies
- SPECT
- PET

Preferred

Pediatric experience preferred

Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM
HHS/OIG
Education verification
Physical exam within 30 days of start
Fit test within 1 year of start and updated annually
Tdap within 10 years
TB test or chest X-ray within 60 days of start
TB questionnaire
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, flu, and COVID documentation or applicable declination/exemption forms
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
2 professional references dated within the past 2 years
