Telemetry Nurse
Location

- Day shift
- 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Floating required

- 1:6
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- No pending license accepted
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- RTO limit: 7 days maximum
- Epic charting used
- Must complete facility orientation modules before start
- Drivers license or state ID required
- Photo for badge required
- Physical exam required within 1 year and updated annually
- Fit mask required within 1 year of start
- Tdap required within 2 business days of signing
- TB screening required within 2 business days of signing
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation required within 2 business days of signing
- Drug screen required within 30 days of start
- Background check and employment verification required
- Skills checklist required for the unit and any floated units
