- Unit: Preop/PACU
- Bed count: 10/10
- Patient ratio: Phase I 1:1; Phase II 2–4
- Staffing: 2 techs
- Schedule: 40 hours per week plus call; nurses work in both Preop and PACU
- Floating: No
- Patient experience requirement: Critical care
- Dress code: Scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Preoperative experience
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
- PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
Additional Notes
- The unit cares for patients receiving general anesthesia from areas including the OR, cath lab, EP lab, Endo, IR, and moms place.
- The team is described as experienced and collaborative.
