Description
Travel/Contract Registered Nurse – Rehab
Location
- Marion, Indiana
Schedule
- Day shift, 3x12 hours
- 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Every other weekend and holiday
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of rehabilitation experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in an inpatient setting
Clinical Setting
- Acute rehab, hospital inpatient
Start Timing
- Start as soon as possible
Compliance / Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID
- Criminal background check completed within 30 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening annually
- HHS/OIG screening annually
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Respirator fit test within 3 months of start
- Tdap vaccine or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 3 months of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B titer or declination
- Drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- 2 references within 3 years of start
- Skills checklist annually
- Facility-specific IT access form
- Annual mandatory training completion
