Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Hiring Requirements

ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation, with acceptable scores required
Background check
Fingerprinting within 48 hours of signed contract
Education verification
Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM check
Monthly HHS/OIG check
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Tdap documentation
Negative TB or chest X-ray documentation
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
Standard 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination documentation or approved exemption
Eye exam within 1 year
BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation
