Job Overview

Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
Location: Avon, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
Weekly Hours: 36
First-time travelers accepted: Yes

Schedule Requirements

Holiday coverage required
Every other weekend required
Must work 2 of the 3 holidays selected by leadership

Work Setting

Rotates between Emergency Department, Adult ICU, Adult Med Surg, Adult Progressive Care, Labor & Delivery, and NICU
May assist with pediatric care in the emergency room
Floats between high-risk deliveries, NICU II, adult acute care, and ER based on need and skill set

Required Qualifications

Valid Pediatric Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
