ICU RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Huntington, West Virginia
13-week assignment
36 hours per week
3x12-hour rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Self-scheduling available

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
CPI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Cerner experience
Travel experience

Shift rotation cadence is variable and may change by week or month, but not within the same week or over a couple of days

7-year criminal background check
Background check within 30 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM check
HHS/OIG check

Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
TB screening and negative TB or chest X-ray documentation
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, COVID-19, and flu documentation/vaccination requirements
Drug screen within 30 days of start
Facility onboarding forms and acknowledgements, including confidentiality, attestation, IT access, and orientation/education review
N95 fit test completed onsite at orientation
Hepatitis B declination form required if declining vaccination
Vaccine and flu exemption forms required if requesting an exemption
Physical exam must attest to ability to meet job demands
