Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/contract role in La Plata, Maryland
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
Every other weekend required
Holidays required as scheduled
Floating required within the specialty
No pre-scheduled on-call requirement
Patient ratio: 1:4
Average daily census: 130
Bed count: 47
Patient population includes all ages, from infant to geriatric

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
CPI

Assignment Details

Start date: 09/14/2026
Contract length: 16 weeks, up to 20 weeks with limited holiday time off
36/48-hour scheduling option available
