• Monday through Thursday
• 40 hours per week
• Day shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
• BLS
• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in physical therapy
• Driver's License

Experience

• Experience is desired, but not required if the listed qualifications are met

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment upon physician referral
• Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and support physical function
• Work with family members and the health team regarding patient abilities and goals

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of therapy procedures, orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Effective teamwork
• Basic computer skills, including locating and opening documents, completing forms, and sending email messages
