Description

Physical Therapist

Overview

Outpatient physical therapy role
Preference for a therapist willing to take occasional hospital shifts
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10-hour days
Contract length: 27 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
1 year of Physical Therapist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Housing

Shared housing provided at no cost

Onboarding / Compliance

Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skill set
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification
MGB FEMA ICS 100 training
MGB Nantucket housing agreement, if staying in housing
MGB confirmation of assignment/POI form
MGB education verification
