Role Summary

• Works as part of an interdisciplinary team providing and managing patient care.
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Cardiac Cath Lab (3 years of experience)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Scrub experience in the operating room or catheterization laboratory
• Vasopressors titration experience
• Experience with Epic
• Work history/resume
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• License verification
• Copy of required certifications
• 1 supervisory reference at time of submission
• Must not have been an employee of the organization within the last 12 months
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility

Scheduling / Assignment Details

• Orientation is every Monday
• May be required to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
• Billable overtime applies after 40 hours per week, and after 48 hours per week in one listed scenario

Clinical Setting

• Cath lab
• Cases include coronary and vascular procedures, with some interventional radiology
• Equipment includes IABP, Rota, and Penumbra
