Description
LTC RN
Overview
- Location: Hoxie, Kansas
- Setting: Critical access hospital
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Day shift, 3x12 hours, 5:45 AM–6:15 PM
- Weekly hours: 36
- Start date: 9/1/2026
- Weekend coverage: Scheduled 3rd weekend rotation
- Beds: 18 staffed beds
- Scrubs: Any color
- Parking: Free
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Kansas
- Long Term Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of Long Term Care experience
- CPR certification
- State license verification
- Background check completed within 1 year of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Skills checklist required annually
- Competency exam required as applicable
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Required Certifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
Health Documentation
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation as specified in the source
Screening / Compliance
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required annually
- HHS/OIG required annually
