RRT-NICU

Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Richland, Washington
  • 13-week assignment
  • 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
  • Night and day shifts listed
  • Floating between departments is required
  • Every other weekend required
  • On-call not required
  • Block scheduling not required
  • 48 hours per week approved

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
  • Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year

Required Certifications

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NRP

Schedule Notes

  • Assignment shift is typically confirmed 1 to 2 weeks in advance
  • Manager makes every effort to keep agency staff on a consistent day or night shift for the duration of the contract

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
  • E-Verify attestation
  • Background check
  • Education verification
  • Washington state patrol search
  • Employment application covering at least the last 5 years
  • References: minimum of 2 covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
  • Skills checklist
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Fit mask
  • Tdap within 10 years
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
  • Drug screen within 12 months of start
  • Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
  • COVID vaccination record or declination
  • Respirator clearance
  • Annual regulatory modules and specialty-specific modules, as applicable
