Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Pediatric Occupational Therapist experience
Experience with Epic

Work Setting / Role Details

Outpatient pediatric rehabilitation setting
Uses OT equipment
Any scrub color/dress code

Additional Notes

Must complete required pre-start documentation and screenings
On-site fit testing is required
Background, drug, and health clearance requirements apply before start
