Required Qualifications
- Indiana RN license or compact RN license
- BLS through AHA
- At least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary experience
- At least 1 year of experience at a like-sized facility (450+ beds)
- At least 1 year of MedSurg experience at a large hospital (450+ beds)
Schedule Requirements
- 3 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
Unit Details
- General medical-surgical nursing care
- Floats to other medical units as needed
- Patient ratio: 1:5-6
Orientation
- 8 hours of non-billable orientation
- Jump Start orientation includes 1 day of general hospital orientation and approximately 5 days of nursing orientation
Additional Notes
- Local clinicians within 50 miles are subject to a 12% rate reduction
- Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment
- Caribbean Blue scrubs required
