Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Location
Illinois
Contract Length
13 weeks
Schedule
- Days
- 4 x 10-hour shifts
- 1 night of call per week
- Weekend rotation every 4th weekend
- Holiday rotation
- On-call: 7+ days per month
Required Qualifications
- Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- EP certified
- BLS
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Radiology
Preferred Experience
- Special procedures experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting
- Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain images per physician specifications/orders
- Assist the physician during diagnostic and interventional procedures by monitoring the patient, passing instruments and catheters, maintaining a sterile field, and interpreting/evaluating diagnostic data
