Role Summary
- Circulating and scrub RN in a rural surgical setting.
- Responsible for perioperative care across preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate postoperative phases.
- May support multiple surgical specialties, including c-sections, hand cases, podiatry, and cataracts.
- Taking call is limited to c-sections.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Dakota
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- OB/GYN experience
- Hand Surgery experience
- Ophthalmology experience
Relevant Experience / Skills
- Background in a rural setting.
- Ability to work across multiple surgical specialties and adapt to fluctuating surgical volumes and staffing needs.
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and technical skill.
