Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Southbridge, Massachusetts
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
13-week assignment with possible extension
Start date: 10/5

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
Experience in an inpatient setting

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours
40 hours per week

Compliance / Onboarding

Government-issued photo ID
Background check
Massachusetts Nurse Aide Registry search
Massachusetts statewide iCORI clearance attestation
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within the past year
Tdap within the past 10 years
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
Immunity documentation or vaccination proof for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine documentation or facility-specific declination
COVID vaccine or facility-specific declination
