IR Technologist
Location
- Bismarck, North Dakota
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Call required, with evening and weekend rotation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of interventional radiology technologist experience
- BLS certification
- ARRT(R)
- North Dakota Medical Imaging Board registration (NDMIRT)
- Background check
Job Responsibilities
- Assist radiologists during procedures
- Scrub and coordinate the room during cases
- Schedule and code procedures
- Complete post-procedure film processing, charting, billing, and supply documentation
- Work independently on smaller interventional cases and in a two-person team for larger angiography work
- Float to CT to assist with procedures
Additional Details
- Scrubs are provided
- Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
- This location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles
- If the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health, this must be noted in the submission, and there must be an end date at least 6 months before the submission date
- EPIC experience is preferred
- Time off during the assignment must be noted in comments
- Orientation includes EMR training and general equipment/protocol review
