Job Overview

Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Call: 12–18 days per month
Weekend requirement: 2–3 weekends per month

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
First Assist (1 year of experience)
First Assist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
CVOR experience
Ability to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience
Previous travel experience
STFA or RNFA accepted

Work Setting

General department first assist coverage, including ortho, vascular, gyn, thoracic, and general surgeries, when cardiac is not applicable
