General Imaging Contract Job
Overview
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Employment type: Contractor
- Shift: 8-hour day shift
- Hours per week: 40
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Wisconsin
- Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT
- BLS
- 2 years of acute or surgical experience
Clinical Experience / Skills
- Surgical and procedure imaging
- General imaging
- Portables
- Mid- to high-acuity hospital experience
- Fluoroscopy experience with ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic procedures, and urology cases
- Operating room imaging experience with orthopedics, general surgery, and spine cases
- Comfortable with O-arm preferred
Work Setting
- Inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, procedural, and mixed-age patient populations, with limited pediatric volume
- Average volume: 15-20 patients per tech per day
- Fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Schedule
- Every other weekend rotation
- One call shift per week
- One holiday per contract
- Schedule is flexible by 1 to 1.5 hours depending on staffing
- Manager approves requested time off
Orientation
- 7 days in department
