Physical Therapist Contract Job

Overview

  • Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
  • Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS

Additional Job Details

  • Home health visits use a car provided by the home health team
  • Mileage reimbursement is listed, but the expectation is to use the home health cars
  • Applicants must live outside a 100-mile radius of the hospital
  • Compliance documents must be uploaded 5 business days before the start date
  • If a confirmed traveler does not start on time, a fee may be charged unless the delay is due to licensure issues
