Hospice In-Patient Unit
Location
- Grand Junction, Colorado

Schedule
- 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7pm–7am, rotating
- On-call requirement: 2 shifts per month
- Orientation: 3 days, 8am–5pm, before starting night shift
Role Overview
- Hospice nursing role focused on intensive end-of-life care in a home-like inpatient setting
- Nurses provide compassionate care and support for patients and families
- Responsibilities include patient assessment, symptom management, teaching patients and caregivers, and supporting physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- 2 years of hospice experience
- Hospice experience within the last year
