Respiratory Therapist
Job Overview
- Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours

- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule note: Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI or American Red Cross or American Safety and Health Institute
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- Associate's degree in respiratory therapy

- Drivers license or state ID

- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire if prior TB results are positive

- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- 7-year work history verification
