Pharmacist Inpatient
Job Overview
- Location: Westwood, New Jersey
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours
- Hours: 40 per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Call: 1 week of on-call coverage every 3 weeks
- Local candidate restriction: No local candidates within 50 miles
- First-time travelers: Accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in New Jersey
- Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- PharmD
- Inpatient Infusion
Compliance / Onboarding
- Driver’s license or state ID
- E-Verify
- Background check
- Education verification
- State license verification
- Fingerprinting
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire if prior TB test is positive
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Complete application/resume
- Unit-specific skills checklist
- 7-year work history verification
