Shift
Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Schedule Notes
- On-call: 1 day per week, 5:30 PM–7:00 AM
- First-time travelers accepted
- If a traveler calls in for a contracted shift, the shift must be made up during the pay period for 0.9 FTE assignments, or added to the end of the contract if it cannot be made up; for 1.2 FTE assignments, call-in shifts are added to the end of the contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Indiana
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or passport
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check

- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
- Unit competency exam
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 12 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire
- Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
- Negative drug screen within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption
- Color blind exam
- Minimum of 2 recent employment references
- Current employment application with work history and explained gaps of 30 days or more
- Skills checklist within 12 months of start
- Application covering 7 years with all gaps accounted for
Additional Notes
- Call-ins must be made up or added to the contract as outlined above
- Some compliance items may be pending at start if needed, but must be obtained before beginning work
