Description
Registered Nurse — Operating Room
Location
- Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Days
Schedule
- Required to work 1–2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- Travel experience within the previous 15 months
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Proficient experience in DaVinci robotics
- Proficient experience in vascular cases (TCAR, TAVR, bypass, Endarterectomy, Embolectomy, AV fistula)
- Proficient experience in general surgery
- Vascular Surgery experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Spine experience
- Scrub experience
Additional Notes
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted
- Past employees of the health system may be restricted from returning to travel roles based on prior employment status and timing
