Sonographer
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Details
- General cases include abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular.
- NICU and OR experience is a plus.
- Equipment used: GE Logiq E10 and Samsung R20s.
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification.
- Professional license/certification verification is required.
- MA Conditional Licenses are not accepted.
- Education verification is required.
- Background checks and screenings are required, including criminal background, Massachusetts CORI, SSN trace, national sex offender check, and exclusion checks.
- Fit test and respirator medical clearance attestation are required.
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity is required.
- TB test documentation is required.
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA is required.
- Resume must include the past 7 years of work experience and city/state for work and education.
- Two references within the past 4 years are required, including at least one supervisor or above in the skillset.
- Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form is required.
- Beeline attestation is required.
Submission Requirements
- Submit a color photo taken within the past 6 months.
- Photo must be a symmetrical headshot with shoulders up, plain background, looking straight ahead, with no selfies, filters, scrub caps/headwear, or eyeglasses.
- Candidate submission coversheet is required.
- Name change documentation is required if credential documents do not match the candidate’s current legal name or profile name.
