Job Details
- Location: Rochester, New York
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- No on-call requirements
- Average daily census: 220
- Visits per day: 12
- Patient ratio: 1:20
- Patient ratio experience required: 1:14
- Accepts first-time travelers
- Local candidates accepted only if they live more than 75 miles away
- Scrub color: any color except navy, surgical blue, or green
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New York
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- Education verification
- Physical exam
- Fit mask clearance
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Drug screen
- Flu vaccination or signed declination during flu season
- Snellen eye exam
