Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- NURSYS verification required for all RNs
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- 3rd-party education verification required
- Background check required within 90 days of start
- Washington State Patrol search required within 90 days of start
- Drug screen required within 12 months of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask record required for travel starts
- Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts
- References: minimum of 2 covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application must include at least the last 5 years of employment
- Skills checklist required for applicable unit
- Annual regulatory modules required
