NICU (Neonatal) RRT
Role Overview
- Travel assignment in Savannah, GA
- 7PM – 12 hr shift
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (2 years of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NBRC
- NRP
- Experience working with Neonate or Pediatric patients
- Experience in a Critical Care setting
- Ability to independently admit and manage ventilated patients using Servo-U ventilator
- Setup and management of heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures
- Familiarity with non-invasive ventilation including biPAP and CPAP
- Bubble CPAP experience
- Nitric oxide therapy experience
- High frequency ventilation experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
Preferred
- ACLS
- BLS
- NRP
Clinical Skills / Experience
- Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using Servo-U ventilator
- Setup and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures
- Familiarity with non-invasive ventilation including biPAP and CPAP
- Neonatal skills including Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation
