Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Annapolis, MD
Float / Coverage Area: Prince George's County and Anne Arundel County (not covered on the same day)
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $40.00 to $53.00/hour*
Mileage Reimbursement Rate : 0.49/mile
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Evaluate and treat adult Med-Surg patients in the home health setting.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, safety techniques, and functional independence.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- License(s): Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Certification(s): BLS/CPR Certification preferred.
- Years of experience:
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
- Home Health experience strongly preferred.
- Skills/Specialties/Technology:

- OASIS Documentation
- Care Planning & Patient Education
- EMR Documentation
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting
