PT I Home Health
Overview
- Travel/contract PT Home Health role in Camden, South Carolina.
- 13-week assignment.
- Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Home health setting with patient visits in homes; periodic office meetings.
- Average 5–6 patients per day.
- Start of Care and Follow Up visits.
- May be asked to float to a nearby clinic if census is low.
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
- One completed travel assignment.
- BLS.
- Experience working with Adult patients.
- Experience in a Home Health setting.
- Driver's License.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase.
Preferred / Scheduling Notes
- Weekend schedule varies by location and profession.
- On-call requirements vary by job/location.
- Some positions in the western territory may use a Baylor schedule of 4x10s Friday through Monday; most are standard 5x8s Monday through Friday.
