Description

Home Health Registered Nurse

Overview

  • Travel/contract home health role in Butler, Georgia
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Home visits with occasional assisted living facility visits
  • Scrubs required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Georgia
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Home Health (1 year of experience)
  • Home Health experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Driver's License
  • Hospice experience
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase
  • Experience with OASIS

Schedule and Workload

  • Average patient load: 5–8 patients per day
  • Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
  • On-call: once per month for 1 week, including the weekend
  • Weekend schedule varies by location and profession

Travel and Territory

  • Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate
  • Travel is compensated from patient home to patient home
  • Commute to the first patient and from the last patient is not billable

Additional Notes

  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
