Job Description
- Provide social services to clients/patients under supervision, including recipients of public assistance, food stamps, medical assistance, and adults needing institutional care or protective services.
- Identify, develop, and implement social service plans for families and individuals.
- Determine eligibility for social services.
- May perform counseling and investigatory activities related to the work.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university.
